undiagnosed

i have been sick for 1 yr now, symptoms started slow , would come and go and now they are not going.have been very ill for 4 months, had ct scan it showed 2 liver leisions ans a leision on my uterus. just had bone scan and im getting ultrasound tomorrow and will get results on the 28th for both and have 2 mri app next month….. wondering if anyone has any ideas???? i think i have luekimea ignore spelling….lol can anyone tell me if this is what they expierienced and if it takes months to get a diagnosis i have been to 5 diff doctors now and finally one who is helping me, all others just kept saying oh you must be stressed or its just a virus…....now im seeing an internal specialist and he did so many tests and i failed my blood tests he said,so does it really take this long to find out if you have cancer, i feel like i will be dead before i get a diagnosis…..not kidding!my doc says he has to eliminate one thing at a time to finaly get a diagnosis this is taking to long. every test gets booked but it is a horrible waiting game. has anybody else gone through this?????

Welcome Summer! The waiting is the worst. Since I had breast cancer I not sure on your symptoms. But try to think positive thoughts. haa haa. I know it is easier said than done. Keep us posted on your results.

Waiting for the test results is the worst. I had breast cancer but I went through a multitude of tests over a 3 week timeframe. My original CT scan showed a growth on my liver. I was then scheduled for a sonogram followed by an MRI. It turned out to be a benign growth but the stress of waiting is terrible. The doctors always run a bunch of tests but never tell you why. You want a doctor that runs a lot of tests before giving you a diagnosis. The doctor is being very thorough and will be able to provide the best course of treatment. Hang in there! My thoughts and prayers are with you.
